The heating group has carried out the overall planning of the heat supply in Jinan Iron and Steel Group, implementing the multi heat source guarantee and the comprehensive upgrading. At present, the area of 300 square meters of heating area of nine with the Zhangqiu heat.


In order to make the heating cleaner and environment-friendly, the thermal power group has built Jigang energy station. The energy station under construction is about 15000 square meters, with a height of 5 stories. It is expected to be built and put into operation in February 2018 to meet the heating demand of 860 thousand square meters in the core area of Jigang. After the completion of the project, The annual emission of sulfur dioxide is reduced by 45.12 tons, the emission of nitrogen oxides is reduced by 71.83 tons, and the emission of smoke (powder) is reduced by 14.1 tons.


 


According to the introduction, the energy station is divided into 9 sets of heating systems and 1 sets of solar photovoltaic power systems. It contains gas-fired hot water boiler heating system with the heating capacity of 170 thousand square meters, sewage source heat pump system with the heating capacity of 100 thousand square meters, low temperature phase change heat storage system of air source heat pump with heating capacity of 300 thousand square meters, cold water phase change energy heat pump system and other heating system.


 


As China's first energy station integrated with so much heating mode, the significance of Jigang energy station is to create a test platform for the multi energy in the application of central heating system, deepen the research on the efficiency of all kinds of new energy, and accumulate the relevant experience for the next step in the promotion of new energy heating.
